JobcentrePlus Staff may be trained to deal with unemployment and Personal Job Searching as a whole, but again, judging from my own experiences, they are not trained to deal with Performance related People & Positions at all. On top of this it can be very difficult, and even expensive to keep actively seeking work. Many websites are now charging weekly fees to host your C.V. You can find them all over the web, charging anything from £2 to £10 per week. Regular mailings can also prove costly. Especially when sending good quality pictures, (always requested, rarely returned). Hence, the Creation of this Website! Listed
